I'm fully supportive of new housing but in the last 2 years we have at least 7 apartment blocks built or under construction here. These trees were at the back of the section and could have been saved.
These sections are all cleared, topsoil and all vegetation removed. Apart from a couple of ornamental annuals, no plants are replaced. Where do the birds, wetas, other insect and birdlife go!
So sad!

This is in very good condition, it's hardly been used.
The table can handle a maximum weight of 250 pounds, and a maximum user height of 6’4″, and has a built-in height adjustment selector. An extended set of handles will help you get out of high inversion angles more easily. A 4-point pod-style base keeps the unit stable. Inversion is controlled by a 3-point adjustable safety bar at the back of the product.
One study looked at 47 people with chronic low back pain. They practiced inversion therapy in three 3-minute sets at different angles. The study found that inversion therapy at 60 degrees reduced back pain after eight weeks. It also improved torso flexibility and strength.

Raw and brown sugar products by Chelsea, Pams and Woolworths are affected, and have been sold at retail outlets and supermarkets throughout New Zealand through October to November 4 2021.
In a statement, MPI said that that the food safety risk from these products is low, and informed customers who have bought these products to not consume them.
