Many doctors and podiatrists believe that surgery is the only way to fix a bunion. This is not true. Bunion surgery is painful and doesn’t address the underlying cause of a bunion, which is generally the way we walk and stand. Ideally, surgery should be considered as a last treatment option for bunions.
At Corrective Foot Solutions, we use a gentle, hands-on technique to effectively treat and correct bunions – which means there’s no need for surgery or orthotics. We use Foot Mobilisation Therapy to correct the underlying cause of your bunion by working on the misalignments in the foot, as well as strengthening the weakened muscles around the joints.

The more we learn and open up to the stories and beliefs of others, the more we can connect and not fear that which is different.
This will be an opportunity to hear stories from different perspectives and to connect with each other through love and compassion.
We will finish with a sound healing meditation.

She creates to mirror oneness, healing, serenity and play amidst the chaos and fragmentation of this modern world.
She has been a meditation and mindfulness practitioner since she was 15 and in 2012 had her first kundalini experience. She has been studying the yogic and intuitive arts ever since, drawing from paths and lineages such as Ashtanga and Karma Yoga, chakra balancing, light sourcing work and universal shamanism. Her private work has been said to be activating, transmuting and expansive. She studied under spiritual change agents Belinda Davidson and Rebecca Campbell and she firmly believes in creating experiences to allow people to find the healer and teacher within themselves.
Aside from this soul-based path, Meghan also enjoyed a career as an art director and copywriter in the advertising world, helping conscious and social change organisations find their authentic voice. She enjoys balancing the left and the right hemispheres of the brain, the horizontal and the vertical -- to find the middle point of every seeming contradiction to transcend limitations.
