This qualification meets the Maritime Rules Part 31.43 and the Maritime Labour … View moreFollowing popular demand, The New Zealand School of Food and Wine has developed a five day programme to enable people who have been working as chefs, to be assessed for the New Zealand Cookery qualification (level 3). This qualification meets the Maritime Rules Part 31.43 and the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 (MLC).
We are also offering the Chefs Recognition of Prior Learning - NZ Certificate in Cookery Level 3 Theory and Practical Assessment.
This five day programme to enable people who have been working as Chefs internationally or domestically to be assessed for the New Zealand Cookery qualification (level 3). This may be attractive to prospective students who are wanting to abridge their study to level 4.
