Police aren't aware of a spike in rental property break-ins on the North Shore, but suggest that landlords:
• Keep windows and doors locked
• Maintain a "lived-in" appearance on empty properties
• Keep trees and bushes tidy so burglars can't hide in them
• Use good quality locks and a reputable locksmith
• Install sensor lights
• Keep garden sheds and garages secure.

We are always in need of good quality bric a brac, kitchenware, glassware, paintings, books ,cds', dvd's clothing, and furniture.
We can even arrange to pick up furniture from your home.
