I've just finished a 12-month broadband contract(a whole year from yesterday) and switched to Spark today, then I was told by Vodafone that although I only used the network for 11 days(from the beginning of this month), I still have to pay the 90$ bill for the whole month, and that's the policy. I'm quite angry with it because that's really unfair. I know that most of you never read their policy in detail. So I hereby just remind you who are using Vodafone broadband to be aware of the unfair policy and watch your wallet.
