To help get it sorted faster we’ve quadrupled our Customer Care team, and expanded our order fulfilment network so we can get thousands more orders delivered each day. Plus our remote Tech Solutions service will be free until May 11 to lend customers a hand with technology advice or setting up.
Thanks for your patience, everyone. We’re getting there.

These are difficult times for teenagers. I have some spare time on my hands!! If you're a teenager needing someone to chat to, or if you have a teenager in your bubble who you think might gain some relief through a bit of counselling, I'm happy to arrange a skype, zoom, or email counselling session. I can make a few appointments available, ideally between about 3pm - 6pm. If you're interested please email me at davidfinn29@hotmail.com. (This is free counselling). Thanks and all the best to everyone continuing to battle through this lockdown!

We'd need you to be happy to be identified and photographed (from a distance). If you think you can help, please email senior journalist Andrea Vance on andrea.vance@stuff.co.nz.
