The Sri Chinmoy Meditation Centre - which offers year round free courses in meditation and has ongoing humanitarian aid projects - is seeking new premises to rent/lease in the central Auckland suburbs. Providing one of Auckland's most popular community spaces, the Centre has taught over 35,000 Aucklanders the art of meditation through its free programs, and also responds to aid projects for children throughout the South Pacific. We'd love to hear from any property owners who would like to discuss rental possibilities. We need about 250 sq m2 or more of space, preferably from Onehunga northwards, to accomodate our public classes and community w/shops .
Our organisation is a non-profit registered Charitable Trust and entirely staffed and funded by volunteers. We're happy to renovate any potential property and would like to additionally have a ground floor retail space to look at opening a small food enterprise. (We opened and ran the Blue Bird vege cafe on Dominion Rd for 22 years). We've excellent references and treat our rental space with great respect and care. The email asks to correct personal details because of a failed parcel delivery.
The email directs the recipient to 'schedule a new delivery'. If any individual has received these emails, NZ Post has advised to delete it immediately.
In a statement sent to Neighbourly, NZ Post confirmed that it had taken 24 websites offline in relation to the scam.

Participants will learn what asanas should be avoided during their period, what asanas may help to relieve cramps and abdominal pains, and how to establish a monthly practice to get rid of mood swings of the body and mind and maintain a hormonal balance, as thought by Dr Geeta S. Iyengar.
