Move With Ease- movement and yoga course
My incredible flatmate Lucy is offering a five week course suitable for anyone, to improve moving and sitting in your every day life. As a non-yogi myself, all of Lucy's classes have been amazing for me and helped improve many aches and pains, and they are great for people of any level of fitness and experience. Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
