It’s a welcome return to New Zealand for the Red Bull Flugtag competition, which last graced our shores in 2004 when it was hosted in Wellington.
The competition will see amateur aviators design, build and then fly contraptions in a bid to be crowned winner.
The thousands of people set to descend upon Wynyard Quarter to see the event are likely to keep business booming for local hospitality hotspots.

Day & Date: Tuesday, 3 August
Time: 9:00am
Venue: Studio 4, Te Tuhi, 13 Reeves Road, Pakuranga, Auckland.
Session 1 will explore the new expectations of boards of not for profits including the important strategic leadership role. Part A will cover an easy way to understand the role of the board compared to management including the legal responsibilities of board members. In Part B of the session, we will discuss the role of the board in strategy and how to ensure the organisation has a plan that gives clarity and can respond to the changing environment.
Session 2 (OPTIONAL) follows lunch, and is a time where Carol can give more personalised/group assistance and input as you and your group work on or consider your own Plans and Strategy and consider your group's Governance needs and requirements. A great time to follow up the first session with some practical application and an opportunity to ask Carol some questions.

With 4 bedrooms plus study (or additional bedroom) there's room for everyone. The master has an ensuite and there is another family bathroom with a bath and shower, and a separate guest toilet.
This home has a separate formal living and dining space leading on to an open concept kitchen and family room. This, as well as the Master & the Dining room, opens out into a large back yard that's great for outdoor entertainment and family gatherings.
Plenty of parking with a double garage and internal access to house.
This home does have it all.
