Customer services finally got back to me and said she could not pick up from our street because the street is too busy. Asked to speak to a manager they hung up on me. I rang back and was told they had too many managers so they would find out who I needed to complain too and this manager would ring me back. Still waiting for the overseas call centre or manager to ring me back. I was told I could deliver the parcel to there depot and they would get it delivered for me. Haha. I delivered it myself to my customer. Should have changed there fast ways name to NO WAYS. Never again.

They claim Auckland Council ignored expert advice on the risks for the project to spread kauri dieback disease.
Watercare had applied for resource consent to carry out earthworks and vegetation removal for the upcoming replacement of the Huia Water Treatment Plant.
Titirangi Protection Group’s (TPG) spokeswoman Belynda Groot said “it’s totally wrong” for consent to be given after abundant evidence from kauri dieback and ecology experts at the resource consent hearing in April this year advised against the build.
