We … View moreCan i please get some advice on how to deal with neighbors that constantly drink from morning til night and it's not just weekends. We have asked them many times and it stops for like one day then starts again. We have called noise control so many times it's just not deterring them. We have a 2 year old that can't sleep some nights and a 17 year old that is in her last year of school and with the noise she wakes up tired for school. I am at the end of my patience with them. I've even considered asking for a transfer from our home that we have lived in over 10 years. Any advice would be much appreciated
