Claire from Forrest Hill

THE OUTRAM HALL - OPPOSITE THE BEACH

The new term started last week but it's not too late to join for term 1!
We run a really good special for new members.
β€’ New members – $60 for 10 weeks (now 9 weeks).
β€’ Existing members – $90 for 10 weeks (now 9 weeks).
β€’ Casual class – $12 drop in class.

Yoga is so much more than trying to touch your toes. It's a way to move, to breathe and to take time out for yourself.
My name is Claire and I run a weekly community yoga group that is great for people with no experience, beginners or anyone with a regular practice.
At the start of term, there are always a lot of people trying yoga for the first time so you will be in a great supportive environment.

TERM 1 INFO
β€’ Term starts Thursday 2nd February
β€’ Class starts at 7:00pm and finished at 8:15pm
β€’ Arrive 10-15 mins early to sign up and settle in.
β€’ Bring a mat, warm clothes and/or blanket.
β€’ We have 6 yoga mats, pillows and blankets to share.

There are 6 teachers on rotation, each week brings something new.
If you're keen to come along and meet your community, please join the private Facebook group. If you have any questions please inbox me.

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.

This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.

Do you think this ban is reasonable?
