Now it is time to come home and the costs to get Nathan home are more than the owners can afford (penioners) mostly because of the prevelence of rabies etc. a quarantine period of 6 mths is required in Kuala Lumpur on the way home The cost all up is about $15000 and the give a little page seem to have stalled. I have given and i would ask those who can to help as Nathans predicament is not of his own doing and the alternative is not good . i do not know how to link the give a little page to here if anyone can help with that . Thank you all.

Rest (sit down)
Ice (ice the injured ankle for 20mins 3-4 times per day)
Compression (use a compression bandage)
Elevation (put your feet up!)
You can also use some simple pain-relief like paracetamol to ease the discomfort.
Keep this in mind over the weekend on the sports fields.
