Tenants must pay $50,000 after living rent-free in beach side property

Hi neighbours, a couple has been ordered by the Tenancy Tribunal to pay $50,000 in rent arrears.
The couple lived rent-free in the Campbells Bay property for about 10 months. Their argument of never having a proper rental agreement didn't wash with the tribunal.
