As a retired driving instructor I used to own one of Auckland's well known driving schools. I am now offering parents my driving lessons experience for free with all the tips and tricks on how to pass a driving test. Most parents do a great job of coaching their children but don't have the tools to get up to test standard.
Please Note : I am no longer taking people out in a car for driving lessons but have decided to do this neighbourly gesture for mums and dads :-)

Our Bamboo silk collection is simple, sophisticated and luxurious. A staple piece, this hand-knotted bamboo silk rug was made in India for Rugs Direct. Shimmering slightly, is highlighted with distressing and ivory accents.

We have to go overseas for several months and need to find a good home for her.
She is quite a timid cat and does not normally feel comfortable being picked up but does always hang around the house and is good company, and occasionally jump onto your lap when she wants to.
If anyone can help or give advise would be greatly appreciated as we are getting desperate to find somewhere suitable to place her.
PS sorry, tried attaching a photo but could not do it :(

I know that everyone is trying hard to keep their sanity amidst this pandemic. Emboldened by the media, protesters and some politicians i.e David Seymour are now taking the spotlight whose stance are definitely not helping in reducing the number of daily omicron cases.
In all this chaos the hapless overworked health workers are rendered invicible. The priority of our attention has shifted to groups with warped values and self serving individuals (compliments to the media), instead of focusing our support to those who are sacrificing and putting themselves and their families lives at risk to save lives and prevent the further spread of the omicron.
Hence, as a community, can I please ask for your kindness and show your support and appreciation to health workers especially those working in hospitals. They are very exhausted yet continue to do their best to help others.
As a token of our respect and gratitude you can send them food, cards or anything to let them know that THEY ARE NOT INVISIBLE. That even though the difficult task of keeping one's sanity while trying to save thousands of lives is not sensational and violent enough for media to cover, I hope our gesture can help boost their morale and make them feel that they are doing a great job.
They really need our support.
Thank you.
