From Wednesday, she said people will be able to travel across the Auckland boundary and into a level 2 environment if they are:
==================================================
***relocating permanently, either to move into a new property that they've purchased or rented, to start a new job, or to travel to a tertiary education residence

***if they have shared caregiving arrangements, for instance joint custody of a child

***if they're returning home from alert level 3 to an alert level 2 environment

There are rules.
=============
"If you're leaving Auckland and not returning, you need to get a negative test within 72 hours before your departure. That's the same requirement as those who are already permitted to move across the border," Ardern said.

"For those who are crossing the boundary for shared caregiving arrangements, because this involves more back and forth travel, they'll need to have a test within seven days of each crossing, the same requirement for those moving freight or part of essential work."

All must carry proof of the need to travel and cannot be sick.

Ardern said travel for funerals and tangi will still only be considered on a case-by-case basis, because they are considered risky in terms of potential transmission of COVID-19.

I'm fully vaccinated and, no, I don't know exactly what's in it - neither this vaccine, the ones I had as a child, nor in the Big Mac, or in hot dogs, or in other treatments…whether it's for cancer, AIDS, the one for polyarthritis, or vaccines for infants or children.
I also don't know what's in Ibuprofen, Paracetamol , or other meds, it just cures my headaches & my pains.
I don't know what's in the ink for tattoos, vaping, Botox and fillers, or every ingredient in my soap or shampoo or even deodorants. I don’t know the long term effect of mobile phone use or whether or not that restaurant I just ate at REALLY used clean foods and washed their hands.

In short ...

There's a lot of things I don't know and never will…

I just know one thing: life is short, very short, and I still want to do something other than just going to work every day or staying locked in my home. I still want to travel and hug people without fear and find a little feeling of life "before".

As a child and as an adult I've been vaccinated for mumps, measles, polio, chicken pox, and quite a few others; my parents and I trusted the science and never had to suffer through or transmit any of said diseases.

I'm vaccinated, not to please the government but:

* To not die from Covid-19.

* To NOT clutter a hospital bed if I get sick.

* To hug my loved ones

* To Not have to do PCR or antigenic tests to go out dancing, go to a restaurant, go on holidays and many more things to come ...

* To live my life.

* To have kids go back to school and play sports.

* For Covid-19 to be an old memory.

* To protect us.

Just cooking up some rhubarb, lemonbalm and apple (the first two ingredients are from my own garden), I don't know how it will turn out but probably good. 😃

Sharon from Te Atatu South

They were in my fridge and needed using up, so I chopped 'em up and am slow-cooking them/stewing them in the wok which I use for cooking everything (including marmalade! I clean it out well between uses though). I clean it out well between uses though). I've stewed/boiled each of the three ingredients by themselves in the past and it turned out well, and a friend was stewing rhubarb and apple the other week, so thought I would do the same and use up what I had in my fridge! 😃 YES, I am cooking it with the lid on, but you can't see through the steamy lid so I took it off so you could see the individual ingredients! 😃 Enjoy!!!!!!!! 😃
