On a per-capita basis, the Tasman Police district is the worst with an infringement level of 1.01 over four years. The region includes Nelson Bays, the West Coast and Marlborough. It was the only area surveyed to break the 1:1 ratio.

Close to amenities, with shops and cafes just at the top of the street, inc Harvest Wholefoods, Gypsy Tea Room and Freida's. Close to Parks, Western Springs and the Zoo.
Wanting someone responsible, frieindly, respectable, honest, clean, tidy, pleasant and communicative.

It’s a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with an enclosed, pet-friendly yard, 3 minute walk to Ponsonby street. It’s a full standalone, single story home that is also kid friendly and has parking.
