Handy to Kingsland, Grey Lynn and St Lukes, our sweet 3 bedroom bungalow is fully furnished and totally set up including kitchen, linen, beds etc. You can just walk in the door with your clothes. Renovated tastefully & a sun trap it's right by the cycle way so an easy cycle or walk into town or a 10 minute drive. Handy to Western Springs College, Pasadena Intermediate or Grey Lynn Primary. There's off street parking, some under house storage and a big back lawn, not to mention a pretty garden. Bed configuration is 2 bedroom with Queen beds, and a room with two singles. Can tweak this for right tenant. Two bathrooms including an ensuite. Could suit family or couple after spare rooms (single beds could be removed to create office.

The recipes are fast, classic and interesting and can be cooked at home for dinner or for that special dinner party.

Boning a chicken
Pan-seared beef sirloin
Fillet of tarakihi en papillote
Introduction to classic sauces
You will receive a workbook with recipes and explanations of techniques and cooking tips, NZSFW apron and a certificate on completion at the conclusion of the course.
