We'd be keen to hear about your favourite summer holiday spots in NZ. Is there somewhere you keep returning to year after year and, if so, what are the main attractions? What makes it such a stand-out spot? Any tips you may be able to offer on the best things to see and do there - as well as the best places to grab a drink or bite to eat - would be much appreciated. Please put 'NFP' (not for publication) in your comment if you don't want it to appear in a travel article. Thanks again.

Auckland Transport is asking for community feedback to improve safety through the district.
The improvements will be funded through the Regional Fuel Tax.
AT will also be extending a 30 km/h speed limit to Mission Bay in June 2021 as part of its safe speeds programme.
Included in the proposed improvements are:
*Nine new raised zebra crossings within the town centre.
*A new roundabout at the Tamaki Drive and Marau Crescent intersection.
*Improved shared path facilities and planted areas connecting the Tamaki Drive/ Selwyn Avenue intersection and Tamaki Drive/ Marau Crescent intersection.
*Removal of the flush median and widened shared path facilities on Tamaki Drive between Atkin Avenue and Selwyn Avenue.
*Intersection improvements on Patterson Avenue and Marau Crescent.
*Removing 34 public car park spaces on and surrounding Tamaki Drive to make room for the new pedestrian crossings.
What do you think of the proposed changes? Are you in favour with them?

Route changes for rubbish truck drivers from November 30 will mean that some people have their bins picked up earlier than before.
Residents in central, east and south Auckland should place their bins at the kerb by 7am to ensure you don't miss out.
If your household already has an early start, that will not change.
New electric trucks are being rolled out for kerbside collections.
The first joined Waiheke Island earlier this year and the next truck is soon bound for Papakura.
When food scrap collections are introduced in 2023, all food scraps trucks will be electric.
Auckland Council said it has been "standardising rubbish collection services across the region, while also setting a goal of zero waste to landfill by 2040."
About 10,000 tonnes of recycling and 15,000 tonnes of rubbish are collected in the region every month.
Do you like the design of this new electric truck on Waiheke Island?
