If you are an electrician that would like to give back to the community by donating 2 hours of your time I would LOVE to hear from you. We are running our second Repair Cafe on Saturday 13 April - were volunteers fix broken items instead of sending them to landfill.

Last year in New Zealand 137 young people died by suicide and it is estimated another 3500 attempted to take their own lives. While Government agencies are doing their best some kids are stuck waiting up to six months to receive the counselling they so urgently need. To tackle that barrier, 100% of all donations will go directly to the registered health professionals to tee up counselling quickly for kids.

About 82 per cent were against the changes and believed the free street parking gave hospital patrons more options, while 15 per cent believed the changes would improve street parking turnover. The other three per cent were undecided.
The Waitematā DHB, which manages North Shore Hospital, said it had no control of street parking arrangements outside its boundaries.

Hi neighbours, the Devonport rideshare costs are nearly 200 per cent over budget. Local board member Mike Sheehy told Stuff the trial was a failure and it was financially irresponsible for AT to continue. How do you feel about the trial? Have you used it yet?

On April 4, Auckland Transport will implement changes to on-street parks surrounding North Shore Hospital.
Road users will pay $1 per hour to park on Shea Terrace, Mary Poynton Crescent and part of Northcote Road, while other street parks will be time-restricted to two hours (see map).
Auckland Transport said the changes will increase parking availability, enable parks to be shared between residents, commuters, hospital patrons and encourage the use of public transport.
We'd like to hear your thoughts: How will this affect you? Do you live on one of these roads? Are you a frequent hospital visitor who relied on free parking? [Please type 'NFP' if your comment is not for publication.]

Come along to an intro class to learn all about doTERRA oils -- what they are, what they are used for, how to use them, how to use them safely and then how to get your own oils if you so wish.
Then come along to a Make and Take class and learn how super easy it is to actually make your own natural non-tox cleaning products, skin care products and perfume.
All classes are held at my home in Mairangi Bay and are a lovely casual gathering of like minded people wanting to know how to live a life more natural.
And I always have delicious snacks and teas to end the class! 💝
📝Just to note - the Perfume class is on Easter Friday for those of you that aren't away over Easter or if you are like us, heading off on Saturday.🐰
I look forward to meeting you!
