This is NOT a book.
To my knowledge, there has never been a book published on the subject of polishing Kauri Gum. The instructions are contained in 8-A4 pages explaining how to choose the gum you want to polish, the tools and materials you will need, step by step directions on how to polish it, and some suggestions on where and how to sell it. Also, a bit of history, and an explanation of what "gum" really is so you better understand what it is you are working with.
You will have most of the things you need at home, and can begin polishing your gum for a small investment (materials) of less than $20 dollars.

I have recently posted several blogs looking at the more common types of headaches. I also made a VIDEO showing several of my favorite neck stretches that could potentially help ease the discomfort associated with headaches. Follow the link below to watch the video.
If you do suffer from headaches, read the blogs and watch the video and see if it helps. If you would like a proper assessment, feel free to call the clinic on 09 4135312 and we can arrange a time.

On Wednesday, the Takapuna Residents' Association lodged an appeal with the High Court asking for a review of what it calls "serious flaws" during Auckland Council's approval for the regeneration.
Tell us how you feel about the latest turn in a nearly decade-long debate. (Please type NFP if you do not wish your comment to be published.)

Auckland Council plan to forge ahead with the regeneration of Anzac St car park, turning it into apartments, office space and a new town square. However, some local politicians and residential groups believe the design needs more work - what do you think?
