Did you know that Feilding and District Art Society is made up of over 120 members? We are artists, artisans, and art appreciators from around New Zealand. While most of our members live and work right here in the Manawatu, others live as far away as Christchurch and the Coromandel.
We welcome new members from all walks of life, all levels of skill, working in any medium… that includes you!
Our membership year runs from April 1 to March 31, with individual membership starting from only $35 for adults and $10 for students. Your membership entitles you to a range of benefits including entry to our annual Members’ Awards.

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
