Summer Snap winner from Khandallah

Reporter Community News

The winners of Stuff’s summer photo competition include Shohei Watanabe from Khandallah.
Judge Alden Williams, a Stuff visual journalist based in Christchurch, said Watanabe’s “strong sense of curiosity” is what made their shot stand out from the pack.
“The image is also technically strong with nice composition and a shallow depth of field. The image was shot in nice light that isn't overly harsh which also adds to it,” Williams said.
