Thriving Madly is a charitable trust that aims to journey as and alongside Mad, Divergent and Neurodivergent people, families and communities to improve our status as citizens of Aotearoa New Zealand. We are focused on providing opportunities for the community to understand us better by sharing our unique worldviews, wisdom, skills and creativity. We work towards increasing connection with and participation in the community by facilitating opportunities and also identifying and growing spaces that are comfortable, accessible and welcoming of our diversity. At present our primary project is Divergence: a Festival of Madness. This week long series of events aims to celebrate the richness of our lives, and the colour we bring to the Christchurch community.
