Its high cardio workout intensity with low impact. Moving to great sounds of the Pacific Drumbeats, Rhythmic sounds of Cook Island,, Tahiti, New Zealand music, Old skool sounds, Disco NZ Reggae, Hip Hop working all major muscles, abs core and legs at same time teaching good posture development, dance techniques and disciplines of a dancer. Its empowering and importantly its a lot of fun and exciting vibrant atmosphere it can bring the inner beauty of a person out and grow confidence and mental well-being in everyone attending the class and more.
