My name is Joss and I am looking to connect with as many people as I can from the Northcote community. My hope is to bring neighbours together to build and form lasting relationships with each other. Bring the power back to the people so they can live happy and healthy within their community. I have been employed by Belfast Community Network in the role of 'Northcote Co-Ordinator' . This role focuses on myself facilitating relationships between services and Northcote individuals, families and the wider community.
