We are New Zealand's largest organisation working with refugees and migrants. Over 20,000 volunteers have undertaken our training programme since our national record keeping programme began. We work with people from over 150 countries including China, India, Somalia, Iran, Iraq, Burma, Bhutan, Vietnam, Russia, Serbia, Cambodia, Korea, Japan, Columbia and Ukraine. Our volunteers and professional teachers deliver a range of English-language programmes in partnership with refugee and migrant learners. We believe that refugees and migrants should have the opportunity to learn English, to pursue aspirations for themselves and their families, and to participate in all aspects of life in Aotearoa New Zealand.
