Our upcoming Healthy Wholefood Cooking Workshop will focus on plant-based recipes that are not only perfect for the holiday table but also packed with nutrients to keep you feeling your best.

Join us as we explore creative ways to bring out the best in seasonal produce, discover exciting flavours, and learn how to prepare plant-based dishes that everyone will love.

We will dive into the health benefits of wholefoods and how they can support your well-being during this busy season.

And, show you how to celebrate without compromising your health goals—leaving you energised and feeling great as you head into the new year.

What will you learn:
• How to make a delicious and healthy plant-based platter with an abundance of veg and tofu, and a scrummy cashew gravy!
• A fabulous tasty baked cauliflower!
• A colourful and nutritious salad
• Tasty aquafaba chocolate meringues
• And an extra yummy plant-based strawberry cheesecake
