Our Healthy Wholefood Cooking workshop is joining forces with the Masterclass for a special two-part series. Attend one evening or both for the full experience!

Part 1: Tuesday, August 6 at 7:00 PM
Explore the benefits of plant-based wholefoods to nourish your body and support your microbiome. Kim will demonstrate five tasty 'gut' healing recipes. Learn how caring for your gut could give you a new lease on life!

Part 2: Tuesday, August 20 at 7:00 PM
Learn about cultured and fermented foods and how they can improve your overall health and wellbeing. The Masterclass will show you how to make your own cultured foods to support gut health and maintain a healthy microbiome.

Don't miss this special event where Kim will inspire your health journey and motivate you to incorporate nutritious foods into your daily routine. Save the dates and join us for evenings filled with learning, cooking, and tasting delicious wholefood dishes!
