Kefir starter Pack SOLD *****

Craig from Mount Wellington

Sold ******Anybody here contemplating making their own Kefir? If so I have a starter pack (1 only) $15 Sorry Sold
I have the starter itself as pictured, straining pouches x 2 plus instructions to make your own Kefir.
Its very easy to do, you need a glass container, lid and some milk.

This is a live milk kefir culture (known as grains but they are soft and squishy) originating in the Caucasus mountain region of Russia and when taken care of will last forever.

Kefir is incredibly healthy for the gut and contains billions of microorganisms. Probiotics promote a healthy balance of gut bacteria and have been linked to a wide range of health benefits. These include benefits for weight loss, digestive health, immune function and more.

This starter will transform milk into kefir and can be a drink (add to smoothie, pancakes or even used to make into cheese.

Poll: Is it rude to take a full trolley to self-checkout?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Luckily self-checkout is pretty common in supermarkets these days and we generally use it to quickly buy a few things without the long lines. But perhaps it's appropriate to head there with your full trolley to skip the lines?

What are your thoughts? Is that rude?

Share in the comments below if this has ever happened to you.
