We are a suburban dental practice seeking a Dental Receptionist/Assistant. We need someone who can make a great first impression on clients, being friendly yet professional. Good communication skills are a must, as you will be building relationships with patients and colleagues. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. Familiarity with MS Office (Word and Excel) and Outlook is required.
Your responsibilities will include chairside assisting, sterilization, other dental assisting duties, cleaning, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, accepting payments, and other reception and administrative tasks.
The working hours are 38-42 per week, which may include early mornings and late nights. Weekends are not required.
Applicants must have a valid NZ Work Permit or Permanent NZ residency.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
