Friends of Waiwhetū Stream win war on weeds
This Sunday, Te Waiwhetū Friends of Waiwhetū Stream will be celebrating their hard mahi restoring the stream, at Pelorus House, at 2pm. They have done a great job removing Cape pond weed and rubbish from the stream.

Changes to fees & charges
From 1 July, there will be new fees and charges in place across our services, including;
🗑️ Landfill: $260 per tonne.
🏊 Pools & Gyms: $7/adult, $5.50/student and $5/child.
🚗 Parking: $3/hour, max $10/day, with $150 for a riverbank monthly pass. Charges will be enforced seven days, 9am-5pm.
