Foreign language books at NPDC library.
It has recently come to my knowledge that one set of foreign language books has been or is being removed from our NPDC Library. Perhaps there was little demand but I am unaware this was the case. I wonder if anybody else has come across any other foreign language books being removed. There is a diverse range of ethnicities in New Plymouth now so should we not be trying to cater for these people who no doubt pay their rates like everybody else.
