We want to hear from you about proposed changes to our General Rates and Water Rates charges in our Annual Plan. This year we are responding to increases in property values, new compliance costs for drinking water, and reduced demand from the Marsden Point refinery.

The full consultation document goes into detail about the current situation and the proposed changes, and is available now.
