My Local Like
Hands down 100% The Stoned Cow in Browns Bay. Not only a brilliant cafe with a fabulous, buzzy vibe - its also a dog cafe (our canine visitors are so well behaved) and even in this current level a puppacino and a dog treat can be ordered. The fabulous staff are also artists, and there is an everchanging gallery in the windows. And of course the food (all made super fresh on the premises) and coffee are my go to happy time. Sam and Shaun Payne are the most welcoming, funky, fun people to have a chat to. They absolutely deserve the voucher to be spent there!

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
