Ashley Church: 150th Anniversary - 7 pm Tuesday 29 June

Jeneane Hobby from Ashley Community Church Incorporated

Time to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the consecration by Bishop Harper on 29 June 1871. Paul Askin will lead a short interdenominational service in the Church tonight. Guest speakers will outline the key phases of the building's history including its salvage and restoration nearly 50 years ago. Supper will be served afterwards with birthday cake! Entry is free but donations to cover costs will be appreciated. Still some seats left. Just a reminder that there is no toilet at the Church but we will have heating tonight.

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Drivers get where they need to go, but sometimes it seems that we are all abiding by different road rules (for example, the varying ways drivers indicate around a roundabout).
Do you think drivers should be required to take a quick driving theory test every 10 years?

Vote in the poll and share any road rules that you've seen bent! 😱
