Please come along and enjoy these wonderful classes being held at South Pacific College of Natural Medicine. The classes are run by Lekshe Chodron. Lekshe has been practising mindfulness meditation and yoga since 2000. Classes suit all abilities and ages. Classes now running from May 4th to June 22nd.
