Free Tai Chi classes on Mondays 10-11:30am
Hi all,
Would you like to get some nice gentle exercise and meet others in the community? Come along to our free Tai Chi classes starting on the 29th March at the Workingmen's bowling club. Everyone is welcome and each session will finish with tea and coffee. See flyer for further details.
