Christmas decorations available for a koha
Dear neighbours, we have some Christmas decorations available to a good home, and they include: big and small red ribbons with wire to attach; reindeer and a sled; one wreath and lots of pieces of artificial tree; pinecones with wire to attach; and crystal garlands. They are only available as one lot and must be collected - please bring some large boxes to take them away in. A koha would be magnificent, as this donation would contribute to the maintenance of Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Taonga's prized property, Old St Paul's in Thorndon. Good size bedroom available with a built in double wardrobe. Comes with a queen bed. Rest of the place is fully furnished with a heat pump also.
Lovely 2 bedroom apartment so you'll just be living me.
I work in the community part time and I'm very respectful of people's personal space. I'm friendly n quiet n keep to myself but always up for a good conversation.
It's a 30 second walk to all shops n supermarkets and a 2 min walk to bus stop with buses going into and around wellington.
Looking for a fulltime worker
Clean n tidy person who is responsible with payments and respectful of the place so being clean n tidy is ideal.
No pets allowed sorry which is a shame as I love animals.
Looking for someone ideally longterm but am open to short-term if that's what u require.
There's a off street carpark right next to the stairs of 7 to the apartment should u need that.

1 week rent in advance required on move in.
$270 per week includes expenses for 1 person.
