It will cost at least $1 million to fix the Auckland Harbour Bridge, Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency estimates.

Stuff earlier reported transport officials want a $5 billion rail tunnel under the Auckland harbour a decade before any additional road link, according to new council documents.
