Porterhouse steak, beef brisket, pork scotch fillet and Spanish chorizo patty with housemade bacon jam, dill pickles, butter cheese, heirloom tomatoes, cider battered onion rings, salad, housemade aioli and BBQ sauce in a Clareville Bakery mixed flour bun, with paprika spiced fries.
