Development in Breach of Land Covenant - 10 The Boulevard - Current site of Dairy
Just wanted to make more people aware of this facebook page that the local Sunnyhills Neighbourhood Community have set up. Its called - Stop this development in Sunnyhills. Lots of great info on Land Covenants in that area and they're all working together as a community to stop a 3 storey Development going ahead o the site of a current small Dairy! That is totally not in keeping with the land covenant on that site!?! What a great community I live in. The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
