Flatmate wanted Home by the Sea

Kate from Kohimarama

Want to live in a home by the sea?

You get two rooms - and share a decent sized house with just one other! $330 per week plus expenses. Why not use the second space as an office or private lounge?

It is not a flat it is a home with a great vibe. I would describe it as a chill-out zone to relax & unwind. Or a haven of chilled out-ness (is 'out-ness' even a word?).

The house has several different living areas so you can have your own space or be anonymous if that’s your thing. Two dining areas and two lounges to relax in. Interior design is a hobby so it looks the part with funky art and furniture.

Enjoy alfresco entertaining rain or shine, in the sheltered patio space, It has an outdoor dining room, outdoor couch with heater, a spa and gas brazier for fire side chats. There is also a large private backyard with all day sun. FYI, I have two kayaks available for you to use, to explore the nearby ocean playground.

Inside the house you will find a heat pump/air conditioning and more living areas. By the way the shower is amaze, very high pressure with a rain-fall head. Ceiling and walls are freshly repainted, like new!

It’s a 7 minute stroll to the beach and easy walking distance to all the cafes, restaurants and bars along Kohi, St Heliers and Mission Bay. Located on the border of Mission Bay and Kohimarama, it could be listed as either suburb

Sad to say flatmate is moving out. I reckon I must be pretty good to live with because my previous flatmate was here 2.5+ years. And the one prior was same length of time.

You may see this listing up for a while because I’m searching for the 'right person' not just anyone to share this well- located seaside pad. Sorry not suitable for party animals, couch potatoes. But it is suitable for the right person, hopefully that is you, so I can continue my track record of choosing awesome flatmates who enjoy living here so much they stay for years :-).

I'd love it if you text me and tell me a bit about yourself. Prefer text as opposed to email or phoning. Thanks- 021-435-169
