Michael Cooper was at the epic centre of the Sixties, a Vogue fashion photographer who lived and partied with Keith Richards and captured on camera a who’s who of the times - the creative, the rich and the famous. The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Marianne Faithfull, Andy Warhol and John Paul Getty to name a few of his friends that he photographed.
Publisher David Hedley, owner of the photographic collection, which was first exhibited in 1990 at Carly Simon’s River Run Gallery in New York, will share the epic story of Michael Cooper and how the associated book and exhibition came to be.
