Free 10 WEEK SENIORS DANCE & MOVEMENT PROGRAMME

Improve your mobility and fitness, meet new people and have a good dance in this fun, friendly and free 10-week dance and movement programme, designed especially for seniors with age-related physical mobility challenges.

Learn contemporary dance movements from a professional dance teacher to improve your balance and coordination, keep joints mobile and improve your strength and flexibility.

WHEN: Fridays 10:30am–11:15am, followed by a free morning tea

DATES: Every Friday 4 September – 20 November 2020 (no classes 2 & 9 October in school holidays)

WHERE: The Auckland Performing Arts Centre (TAPAC), 100 Motions Road, Western Springs

No partner or experience required and seniors with walkers and in wheelchairs are welcome.

This programme is run by SeniorsDANCE in partnership with TAPAC. It is supported by NZ Lottery Grants Board.
