Hi Neighbours, here is something soothing for you: at the end of the summer, I saw swallows on the hill above Orakei basin skimming around after a rain shower. It was a joyful, calming moment. It's hard to explain what mindfulness is, but I feel that this clip expresses it: a moment free of the worries of the lockdown, the threat of Covid, and the list of jobs to be done! The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
