Hello my name is Olivia, I teach Chair Yoga in Napier 3 times a week. Chair yoga is designed for seniors but is open to anyone. I am now going to run these classes online through Zoom. If you have never been to one of my classes you are welcome to join me. Do not worry if you have not used Zoom before, it is very simple. You click on the class link below and follow the instructions to download zoom. It is free. If you have any problems feel free to call me before or after the class. Setting up a zoom account only takes a minute. You can do it just before class or in advance.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.
