Dance Yourself Happy Lockdown 2020 7pm Thursday

Lindsay Upton from Manukau East Council of Social Services (MECOSS)

With self isolation and working from home being the new normal for the foreseeable future, figuring out how to stay physically and mentally fit is a huge priority.
Dance is ideal exercise because it’s a total-body workout - so that's why "Dance Yourself Happy Lockdown 2020" is being broadcast into your homes on EastFM 88.1 & 107.1 and www.eastfm.nz... for the next four weeks, between 7 - 8pm on Thursday's.
You'll groove to a concoction of EDM, chart-toppers, floor-bangers, house, synth-pop, techno, Euro-disco, dance-pop, mash-ups, some rock, sophistic-pop, and a touch of Latin.
Listen at home and dance to stay fit.

Poll: Should drivers retake the theory test every 10 years?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Drivers get where they need to go, but sometimes it seems that we are all abiding by different road rules (for example, the varying ways drivers indicate around a roundabout).
Do you think drivers should be required to take a quick driving theory test every 10 years?

Vote in the poll and share any road rules that you've seen bent! 😱
