Qigong means exercise with energy (Qi). It is an ancient holistic Chinese therapy, great for healing and also an advanced preventative natural medicine.
It is the foundation to Tai Chi, but relatively simpler than Tai Chi.
We use our consciousness to gather the universal energy (Qi) to nourish our body, mind and spirit and increase our energy.
The gentle flowing meditative movement and secret sounds improve our health, pelvic floor muscles, core, spine, flexibility, posture, immunity, organs, relaxation and inner joy.
Qigong can also release PMT, hay fever, stress and anxiety, heal back pain and lessen arthritis.
The class is broken up with Qigong theory and a short meditation.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
