Waikanae - The Place to be this weekend!!
The forecast is good and this Saturday we have two huge markets on in Waikanae!! There's the regular Saturday Morning Market in Park Avenue, not far off the expressway, which is always busy and up and running by around 7.30am and then the annual Waikanae Spring Market in Mahara Place which goes on til 2pm. Come to Park Ave for your fruit and veg, cheese, breads, pies and pastries, plants and seedlings, fresh flowers, local honey, gifts, olive oil, coffee, etc and then head on up to the Spring Market for some more retail therapy and entertainment. Enjoy your weekend!!
